Jet Lag and How to Deal with it.

What is jet lag?
When you travel across timezone by airplane, you may get a temporary disorder that causes fatigue, insomnia, and other symptoms.
How to prevent Jet Lag?
1. Be prepare
If it is your first time to deal with  different time zone, you had better prepare yourself for this. Stay healthy by doing exercise, eating right to keep fit. By that way, you will deal with jet lag better after you land.
2. Be careful
If you have any health conditions, you may want to consult with your physicians.
3. Be flexible
If you have stay for a few days in a different time zone, try to get along with it. Adjust your schedule so that you can have a normal life in these days.
4. Be away from alcohol
Drinking alcohol on the day before the flight, during the flight or even after the flight will make you regret. It is because that these alcohol beverages will make you body deal with dehydration, sleeping disruption, nausea and general discomfort.
5. Be hydrated
Drinking water is the solution for many problems. Drinking enough water will protect you from the dry atmosphere. 
6. Be positive
Make yourself at home, enjoy your new experience and you will leave jet lagged experience upon the arrival.
